Premium Finance
Many of our clients choose to have their insurance premiums financed by a third party lender. These clients pledge collateral instead of paying premiums. This estate planning strategy allows clients to maintain control of their assets while obtaining the insurance they require. It can also reduce or eliminate gift tax consequences for trust owned policies.
